The Great Plains, a vast stretch of land that sustained the buffalo, also fostered the people who would become the stereotype of all American Indians. They were the Blackfoot, Sioux, Crow, Cheyenne, Kiowa, Comanche, and Arapaho. They lived in a time and place when survival depended on physical skill, hunting, and warfare.
We at White Buffalo take great pride in creating all of our works of art in the traditional style of the Plains tribes. We strive to ensure that our recreations are as historically accurate as possible, and unless requested otherwise, are antiqued to reflect their natural aging. In the catalog, a brief story and description is given with each illustration, as well as the museum where the item has been displayed.
